I'm in the market for a new camera, because mine basically sucks and hates me.
I don't know what I want. No idea. Any suggestions? It's not for photography or anything, basically just camera whoring. :)

Dad said he would pay for most of it....and usually he gives me what I want. :P So I don't have a set limit.

OH! If I can give reasonably good advice on matters more complex, I can handle this one, Autumn Dearie!
Being the techno 'tard that i am, i needed something that takes really good piccies, but that is absurdly simple to understand and use. So, after much research, i purchased a Canon Power Shot SD 600, for about $200, at Staples.
Takes great pics and avi's, multi zoom, and is incredibly user friendly.
