Hmm, What shall I do?

I have this friend whoni think has had the nagging idea that I am gay. Which, coincidentally, I am. She goes to boarding school, and she has always been a huge supporter of gay rights. More then me.
Getting to the point, I want somone to tell, and I think I can trust her. I'm just not sure. Has this happened to anyone else? Do you think I can trust her?

I just answered a post to BBBecker that sums up my response to these 'Should I tell?' dilemmas, go search it, it might help.

My sense here is that if this girl was a real friend, you'd know for sure how she'd accept your disclosure. So, eventhough she supports gay rights, that doesn't necessarily mean telling her would get you what you're looking for. You're not looking for a gay rights activist, you're looking for something far more personal than that, and one doesn't necessarily predict the other, a deeper friendship is a better predictor of acceptance rather than political views.

For that to happen, you'd need to clarify within yourself what it is your looking for, and then assess wht the chances re of her responding that way. At the very least, you'd need to be friendly enough with her to feel fairly confident she'd accept and support you.
