I would recommend against this, not only do I doubt it would feel very good, but the opening to the vacuum there is just filthy, think of what gets sucked up it. I don't think it's very safe, and certainly not very sanitary.

I wouldent do it just because of the things that go in and out of a vacum plus on some of the hose ones they have tiny plast blade like things and well you never know. A suggestion would be plug in a blow dryer get it close enough to your orgines where your safe and just let the air hit it while your jerking. The warmness feels great on the testicals.
