I'm 16 and I'm 5,5 and have a high voice. people call me ma am over the phone. my penis is 1 and a 1/2 inch flaccid and 2 hard. I barely have hair around my penis or my under arms. when i masturbate i can ejaculate. I want to know i I'm going through puberty or not and will i still grow.

Sounds like you're just a late bloomer. You have nothing to worry about. You'll keep growing, and get hair in all the right places.

If anything, it's a good thing. The lack of raging hormones will keep you from doing something stupid until you're old enough to handle it.

don't worry about it man... a friend of mine had the same problem, he was 16 and still didn't have hair or anything either... now he's 19 and he's a hairy beast

i wouldnt be too worried. i mean im sixteen too. but i guess i have a fair amount of hair.. but i guess you'll grow into it as well. =D
