1. I dont think you should worry about how much you cum. It is true that if you masturbate more you cum less, but i wouldnt worry. Try putting some kitchen roll like a tube over the top. All the cum will be caught and you wont have a big clean up.

The amount in a typical ejaculation is a teaspoon or two. Maybe you're producing a bit more, but 2 shot glasses might be an exaggeration. I think you're probably just not used to your development and the additional amount of semen you're making from just a short time ago.
