It is very normal to get it as most guys do so. It is annoying, and the only way to deal with it is to shave it off if it becomes problematic. Just keep it clean as that will keep any odours from developing down there.

It unfortunately is part of the later stages of puberty. I hate it too and I actually shave my balls and all of the area between my ball and crack including my crack because I hate hair down there.

So you are not alone in having hair between your balls and butt crack.
