Yeah, you kinda have to be 18 in the US.
Why can't your dad take care of you? it seems just by this that if your aunt is a drunk, that she's not capable of taking care of you.

thats sad.
i think you need to have a talk with your dad. tell him what's going on. maybe he'll get a different job.
Forgive me if this is rude, but where's your mum in all this?

No on will ban you girl.
Not for that. A huge section of here is devoted to cutting, depression, mental illness, and abuse
No one's scum for situations beyond their control. Kay?
I don't know what to tell you -- all that's pretty fucked up

I can't really relate to your situation but you can feel safe talking about anything here we are one big family at VT.
I think that as hard as it may be you might just have to wait until you are 18 so you can live on your own.
But I would try talking to your dad about it.

Oh, double yuck.
I think one thing you might do here is take a longer view of things, look beyond today to tomorrow. Make plans for tomorrow, that time when you can move out and be on yuor own and be done with these people and this situation. So, do really good in school, stay close to good friends, and be a good person. Do the things that will benefit you then, even if it doesn't seem to help the current situation now.
Childhood is mercifully temporary, this will all be over soon. Make sure you're doing everything now to make adulthood what it should be for you.
