I have a huge problem. (to me anyway) I have a huge huge crush on Max beesley. I loved the searies 'Survivors' he was in, as a phsyco (wich is worrying), i know his full name and everything, and i think about him all day, and break down crying 4-5 times, because i know i just cant have him, it wouldnt work, he's married, ect, ect. Is there anything i could do to stop myself thinking about him, wich doesnt involve talking to other people (my mum or other), as i am very self consioc and shy??? Heck, i even forget to eat and drink. :( Please help me, its becomeing a huge problem.

Since you seem to have figured most of this out already, and you're in good control of it (although it might feel otherwise), maybe what you need to do is indulge your fantasy in a more controlled way. Make time a few times a day, after you've finished your other responsibilities, to spend thinking about him, fantasizing, go to his websites, etc. Do it in a scheduled way, for a set period of time, and when that time is up, stop and move onto other things.

Infatuation is pretty normal, and can be quite entertaining IF you have some control over it. Gain the control and it's OK.
