absolutely no need to b a certain age, if you don't want your parents to know, go to a local teen health center and just pick one up and keep it with you, or buy a small pack and hide it in your room.

the best place to get them is walmart for 2 reasons A) there all old and will forget about it in 20 sec. and B) it is the cheapest to get them there i got a pack of 12 for $5-$6 so ya it is cheap. and there is cheap lube there too which is a essential and no my parents don't know i have them well to the best of my knowledge
