Best wishes with that.

I've given up on trying to lose weight for various reasons. One, I don't medically need to, two, I actually do eat fairly healthily and excercise enough and three, the only way for me to lose weight is incredibly unhealthy which is a sign that I'm at the right weight for my body :)

Only thing I'll say to you is, don't go mad. Some people don't recognise that they are fine as they are. If you make all these changes and don't see a physically difference or the scales don't show a difference, then you've been fine all this time. Just take pride in knowing that you've helped your body - I could list all the benefits from taking up regualr moderate excercise and "healthy eating", but I can't be bothered :P

Also sometimes people may eat out of boredom so that aint helping so make sure your always occupied with something and theres always something that you can do to take ur mind if those snacks

It takes a lot of dedication and commitment but it will be worth it.

Thanks for posting this :)

I don't believe people when they tell me I don't need to lose any weight and that there's hardly anything on me. I keep telling myself that they're LYING because deep down I know they are.

I'm going to lose so much weight, even if it kills me.

EDIT: I'm being such a moron and I'm upsetting myself again and it's pointless...silly Marcie.

Every one says weight loss is hard well the long and short of it is.
Your Hypersomthing tries to keep your weight the same. So losing weight is difficult
but when you get past that its alot easier the benefits might be slower but youll still see them.
basically ive been ther done that. i was about 9 stone and im really short
i am now 7stone 1 and still going and thats average for my height
but just because people maybe bullying you because there not as thin as them.
i know its hard but take no notice.
they might say fatty just go how orginal, wow i havent heard that one, got anymore bright suggestions or should i get my phrase book out.

always remember to drink lots of water if you want to be healthy. No fizzy drinks at all is the best idea aswell.

i think you have it bang on.
people say that losing weight is difficult. well it isnt it just takes a while.
Eating healthily and doing exercise for an hour 5 times a week gets you fit as a flee.
word of warning try to lose weight steadily without starving your self or over doing exercise. i curently weigh 6.12 st = 85.68 lb but yet still... chubby.

Find a book and monitor what you do in a day and write good things that you did and good things you ate. Write down your weight at the bottom of each page daily and see how much you lost. If you ever feel like giving up, read back over the things in this book and it should give you that extra motivation you need.

It worked for me, hope it works for you to!
