I'm 14 male want to work out. And I have no idea were to start. What I really want is, some abs, and to have a less flat chest, so work on my pecs, and my arms.

I would really like to see results fast. I'm slim, not fat at all, and I dont eat like a pig :p .

What should I do? I cant go to the gym.. So it would have to be a home thing. I have weights but I heard those are not good from younger bodies. Any ideas? Maybe a schedule would be nice.

Pecs/arms right?

Hmm. I've been doing crunches. I did some pull ups today, and realized I could much more than I could before! Do the crunches influence this?

And other ways I can work on my pecs?

ok here is what i do whenever i work-out...

LOTS of sit-ups,
15x push ups, with arms far apart, this will help your pecs + triceps, remember to keep your arms so your they are about right angles when you are fully down,
15x pull-ups, biceps (i think...), and abs if you try and keep your legs up as you do them,
15x push ups, with arms straight down, bend your elbows out at about a 45 degree angle,

i pretty much just run though this as many times as i can, working for me so far, my girlfriends mum asked me if i worked out lol! :P

now im not saying diet or anything, but eating properly is big factor of how much your body can put out. If you just want muscles but dont really worry about strength then try and get a fair bit of meat in your diet (contains protien, it might help strength too but from what ive heard mainly muscle regeneration). If you are worried about strength then i would try and get zinc and iron, both help unlock energy and put your muscles to good use. (Plz someone tell me if i have my facts wrong, but i am pretty sure they are right) :D

hope i helped,

Doing push ups will only help you get better at push ups. Lift weights, do curls, deadlifts, ect. Planks are good for abs.

no, the type of push-ups i described uses your pecs as well because of the angle of your arms.
