No, your definately not done yet.
Your ahead of average certainly..very far ahead. But there's a long way to go yet, puberty isn't just a physical change, but mental as well.
During puberty you take an almost maturer mind and thoughts and feelings, sexually and mentally.

So, no your not finished, you may find that you'll slow down for a while physically.
But there's no need to panic.

if the boy, opps... excuse me! if the man has chest hairs, i'm almost certain his voice has cracked. would be an odd sight to see a decently large, hairy male, with a high pitched sqweeker.

to the original poster. it seems that you've nearly completed your physical change. however, i doubt you've matured mentally. this may take some time. i've noticed with late bloomers, they're generally more mature than these early growing goliaths.

not by a long shot! when i was 13 i was small too. i'm 5'4'' and have grown a lot since 13. i was 4'10''. and 2 soft and 5 hard
