ever since i was in 6th grade, ive been depressed
i dont want to commit suicide because i want my life too much
even though thats so, ive been having these thoughts that i want to become a sick person in a hospital with a really harmful condition to myself.
my life suks and roks at the same time and its sorta getting to me
i want to be harmed because of my sad sad part of my life but dont want to die because of my good part of my life.
its starting to go less and less but what do i do to make sure that i stop because im so close but yet soo far

I know just what you mean, I have very similar feelings yet I too don't know what to do. I guess I'm looking for answers to my questions...questions that never seem to have a plausible response. If you want to talk pm me, maybe we can help each other.

Depression is today's world has become a part of everyone's life, be it a kids or grown ups. A proper care of the person is must who is suffering from this and if it is not taken care of, it becomes very dangerous in later stages as the person can become violent or sucidal. Xanax is one of those medicines which help in relieving anxiety and depression, but this medicine should only be used for small duration as this is habit forming drug and sometimes the withdrawal symptoms can be more depressing. The withdrawal from this medicine is a slow and gradual process rather than abrupt. Xanax works by slowing down the nervous system and hence relieves anxiety. The best way to get over anxiety and depression is to take a break from your regular schedule, go out, and take good sleep. This helps in clearing the mind and try consulting a specialist who can suggest you as how you can get over your problem. http://www.xanax-effects.com

I'm sorry you're feeling that way, we all have our levels of depression sometimes. It's good to hear that you want to live your life, because life is so short.
I think you should try to concentrate on the good things in your life and try to fix the bad things, if the bad things aren't in your hands then try to find a way to cope until they go away. As bad as it may seem right now, it could be much worse, much much worse. So try to hold on to your happiness, not many people have that opportunity.
If you'd like to talk some more, you can pm me :)
Take care

I'm glad you value your life too much for you to commit suicide.

Believe me, you DON'T want to have condition. If you love your life that much, you wouldn't. It would totally ruin everything.

Try not to focus on the bad suff as much. Concentrate on the really good things in your life, ike really really focus on them.

Good luck :)
