SO I recently (like 2-3 days ago) had to hand in this research paper on China as a current event for american history. And I thought it was pretty well done. About 2 k words... Etc. So I plugged it in to turnitin.com and I got a 0% plagarized. It was my 1st time using the website... Do you suppose my teacher will think I made stuff up?

Why would your teacher think you plagiarized it?
Just because its well done?
Well, since you didn't, they can't just say you did and give you an F.
If by chance s/he does say you plagiarized, show them that website, AND tell them how hard it was to write it. Tell them specific details on research and how you wrote it.

This is why bibliographies and source citing are a good thing to have.
Next time you write a paper, I would suggest getting into the practice of doing this.
It's a skill that you'll need in college, so might as well start now = ]

As for your teacher, I wouldn't worry too much.
They know what you're capable of generally.

Teachers know their subject inside out, so if you haven't made anything up then you have nothing to worry about.

Just put in sources about where you got the information so your teacher can go and check you've put it into your own words.

I've been accused of plagiarism before ended up spending 2 hours with my teacher after school showing her every website I got info from so she could double check I wasnt copying or pasting anything.

No, as long as you have a work cited, or all your facts are from your history text books in school
