I've noticed this since before christmas break:

I use to j/o once a day, but one day, i noticed that my penis was really red, and when i tried to j/o, it was sensitive, and whenever something touches it, whether it be a finger or jeans/boxers, it hurts, just briefly until the thing stops to touch it ( it's really sensitive) Then i realised that it was something under the skin ( I'm un-cut) so i pulled my forskin out a bit, and saw that it was red, but couldn't see much more. It was still sensitive, but not as much. but now, every time i go to the bathroom, it burns when i pee, and i can feel it going out against the skin. when i look at it afterwords, it's all red( really red) and it now looks like the very top of the skin, is really no skin, and it's all flesh ( i think)

What's wrong with me and what could of caused this?

Urinary tract infection maybe? If it doesn't go away soon you should probably see a doctor.

I'm confused here. What exactly has changed?

If you rub aggressively, you can get red. You can also irritate the opening so it would burn, esp. if you use soaps, conditioners, etc. for lube. The treatment here is just to lay off for a while, and put in some vaseline jelly.

If the head is uniformly red (and redder than usual), AND is painful (not 'sensitive' as typical), you might have a fungal infection, which is typical for uncut guys (fungus grows in the warm, dark, moist environ there). If this is the case, you'd need some antifungal cream for treatment.
