1) The mood thing is common amongst teenagers. I'm sure you've heard adults talking about moody teens...this is a common thing I'm afraid. I doubt you have anger issues or anything..it just sounds like mood swings. And they happen during puberty...or when your pregnant!!! lol

2) Not neccesarily (spelling??) if he started puberty at 12 it would make sense that you would also start..as genes and all that.
But I would say that you would only have a greater chance of starting when you were 12, than others would have. But it doesn't actually mean you started at 12, as we're all different after all...

Maybe you have some anger issues?? If you always have had a short fuse..then it's possible.

I don't know how you could confirm it? Go to your doc if your worried about it, he/she will be able to give you some sort of answer.

Although it's true that all those hormones can cause mood shifts and an intensification of the way emotion is experienced, 'Mood changes' as a result of being a teengager is wildly overrated. You are who you are, puberty nothwithstanding. So, if you're experiencing something really intense (as in interferring with your life or sense of well being), it's probably something else. Also, be careul not to excuse poor self control as a 'normal part of adolecence', too.

The bio changes that cause puberty are largely determined by genetics, these things run in families, so the age that your folks or sibs began is a fairly good indicator for you, too.
