I have a question, I heard that my grandparents were talking about me and they said that I have a major attitude and my friends dont like to hang out with me because I am weird and they think that because one min I am calm and the next second I am very pissed and then I am calm again why am I like this

Like one day I was getting me breakfest and I was happy because it was a new day and then I got relly pissed off and broke a glass and a bowl and then like 2 hours later I was really sad for what I did and I dont think I was pissed for any reason I just picked up stuff and threw it at the floor and yelled at my grandparents
