Firstly, you cannot create something that does not exist. However, in light of your pre-cumming you are going to ejaculate sooner than later. My view is that you had a very small ejaculation based upon the description you had before. When most guys first start ejaculating their cum is not pure white anyway as it is generally clear or urine coloured. In short, I don't think you are too far away, and when you masturbate just don't focus so much on ejaculating. Your first ejaculation will happen when you least expect it.

In short, you are fine, and the feeling of an ejaculation is fundamentally not that different than what you are experiencing now.
