If you need some reassurance about your development, you might ask your dad when he started, as these things tend to run in families. Based on his response, you can then decide if you should discuss with him going to a doc.

I know how you feel, and it is the hardest thing in the world when you are a sophomore and still look like you are in junior high. However, you have to believe me that you are not alone, and there are a lot of guys like you who start puberty late, too. I have had three cousins who did not start puberty until 16, but once they had started they caught up super fast. You sound like my cousins in that you clearly have started getting pubes at 15, and my guess is that you are going to be in for some major changes soon. Don't get discouraged because you are not abnormal or strange in anyway. There are a lot of folks who are sophomores and juniors who just start out in puberty.

As for talking to your doctor I don't think it is too late to do so. Simply make an appointment with your doctor and tell him/her that you are concerned about your development. Be open and honest about your situation including you lack of ejaculating and growth. Your doctor might do a testosterone test just to make sure that you don't have any growth deficiencies.

Basically, I think you are fine because you have some pubes and are most likely gearing up for your changes. You have nothing to loose to make an appointment with your doctor.

Don't feel bad being the smallest in your group as your situation is only temporary. Late bloomers always catch up, and they can become pretty big. In a lot of ways it is easier to be a late bloomer as you folks understand your changes unlike a 11 or 12 year old who can barely process such changes. You are just as masculine as the bigger folks despite of your lack of development right now.

I hope that you start puberty soon
