i'm 15 and when my penis is errect it is only 3.75" but when its flaccid its only 1.5" is this normal

also one of my testicles is a little bit lower than the other one is this normal

well dude..u dont have to worry much..your only 15 IT WILL GROW i wouldnt say exesively but IT WILL GROW.im 14 and about 4.5 which isnt much ither.but give it time it will grow.if it doesnt..well buddy ur out of luck

Yes this is perfectly normal.
Also a testicle hanging lower than the other is very normal. This is usually because when you walk or stand your legs need to close and such. It would be utterly painful if your testicles grinded against each other while walking.

As for your penis. Don't worry at all. A penis is a penis. And you still have a long way to grow.
