ahhh
I am the same way!!! Sugar!! anything in my mouth especially after school!!
I heard to just grab a cup of water and drink it and wait until it goes away. Eat fruit with natural sugars. That should work. I still feellike eating sugar but the urge goes down a bit :D

I saw this thing on Tv, to help control cravings... It doesn't work enormously well, but it helps you decide on whether or not you actually WANT that craved food... Apparently, this is "programming your mind to unlearn your cravings".
Anyways, try it, it might work [does for me about 50% of the time, I like crisps too much] - this works better when you feel uncomfortable after the first few steps.
1) Imagine the craving
2) Now imagine eating it with something that repulses you [actually act it out]
3) Now imagine it sprinkled hair from the floor of a barbershop and keep eating it
4) Squeeze the middle finger and thumb together on your left hand
5) Continue to imagine even grosser things mixed with your craving food - think of the textures and tastes.
6) Keep squeezing your fingers and imagine worse stuff until you feel physically sick.
Whenever you get a craving, you should be able to squeeze those fingers together and get turned off of it. Doesn't always work, but it's worth a try :)
Technique taken from Paul McKenna.
