ok, as from now, this will be my cig calender. trying to quit, this will be were I do it.
thrus. dec 5 2005 - 12 cigs as of 244pm decided to quit.

yeah they just stop you from smoking them but put them into something else, it feeds the addiction in an another way! stupid i think,

unless u get nicotine supplements, you will never be able to quit. my mom quit cold turkey with no supplements when she got pregnent with me. so it can be done. but personally i dont see how people get addicted to those things. i mean theyre nice everyonce in awhile but i could never ever see myself smoking everyday.

she went from three packs a day to......zero

sat. dec. 17 2005 - I did less, still did a pack, but I'm getting better at it I think.
resisted the urge a few times.
