CLEVER surgeons used their imagination to operate on a woman with a can of hairspray stuck in her rear - but failed to get to the bottom of why it was there in the first place.
Mirela Gradinaru, 37, begged for help at the clinic in Arad, western Romania.

But Britain's The Sun newspaper reports she refused to tell docs how the accident happened.
Doctor Mirandolina Prisca said: "We had x-rays done to localise the object and then we carried out the operation. The patient was fine.
"She was very embarrassed. She was clearly in a lot of pain, however it got there."
One hospital worker added: "This was not just a little can of deodorant, this was a massive can of hairspray."
