Is it normal to have a dark line (probably a vein), on the bottom of your penis.

Yeah, it connects the the foreskin to the head of the penis. You'll still have it if your circumcised.

Do you mean like the dark line across your penis? That's where you were circumcised, if you're talking about what I think you are.

That line underneath your penis is normal, it's called the raphe, and it's from the time before youwere born, when the penis was formed.

Yea, I have it too. But I dont think its vein. Its just some skin thing.
