Well its hard to prevent it but try self inflecting pain like pinching or if you are a woos you can do a really hard math problem

Think about something that's gross or something. It's probably the stuff you're thinking about that get you a boner.

Think about gross stuff that you don't like and you will shrink so much that you'll have to use pepper to make it sneeze and come back out.

Forget self inflicted pain, it's a bad thing to get into.

Random erections are a part of adolescence, but mostly early adolescence. By the time you get a bit older, you gain that control naturally. Just hang in there, you probably don't have to expose yourself too often anyway.
