Well 5-6 years back i had a bad accadent, i feel 2 stories and cracked my skull into 2 pieces, it left me with no damage except for that fact that i have a tick, where my head will just tick at random times, and i cant stop it.
ive never let my doctor know about it, should i let him know, is it important?
its starting to happen a bit more frequintly

OMG, LOU! Yes!! Of course he should know! Doesn't he? Anytime you start with a new doc anytime in your life, it's really, really important to give an accurate, detailed history of yourself! Anything that helps their understanding of you results in a better chance of them treating whatever ails you! They give the best care when they know the most about you.
I am so glad you are OK! *Phew* I would have missed out on knowing a very nice guy, and I wouldn't have liked that one bit!

I agree here with Sam.
I am glad that I have gotten a chance to know and talk to you.

Yeah the ticks are blackouts. Well some form of it. Caused by head trauma.
