I don't know if this is in the right place, but anyway, I recently bought one of those "Iron Gym" things that lets you do pull-ups/chin-ups in your doorway.
Anyway, my problem is... I can't do a single pull-up or chin-up... Lol
So... does anyone know how I can get around to being able to do this? Which muscle do I need to exercise more in order to build up the strength to do a pull-up?

Well, you could jump up and hold for as long as you can, or use a stool to get up, and hold.
Supposedly that builds muscles and eventually you will be able to do a pull up

try doing some push ups. if you're unable to do standard push ups, try doing the easier push up technique. get into a push up position, however instead of supporting all your weight on your arms, plant your knees on the ground to eliminate some of the weight resistance.
you can't build muscle mass over night, so you'll need a weekly routine. say, do 20 push ups every other night for a week. the following week, bump your push ups to about 30 every other night. so on and so forth. eventually the muscle on your shoulders, biceps, and forearms will grow. enabling you to do your 'Iron Gym' pull ups, and chin ups.
building muscle is an art. if you don't put forth the effort, you won't gain.

I used to be like you, all you to do is to do push ups more like dvery day, so you can be able to be able to push yourself better.

well a push up does the triceps.
(under the arm)
a pull up works on the biceps which it the one that bulges when your arm is bent.
(the one you use to get the ladies;))
Try lifting dumb bells or other hevy object up and down.
start with hand by your side and just bend the arm so they come up to your chest like a normal rep.
do those a few times then try a week later

Well I can do 20+ push-ups, sit-ups, etc. and I can curl 50 pound dumbells, and bench press over 100 pounds (never tried more than that because I only have a 100 pound weight set)
I just can't do pull-ups for some reason... i think i'm just too heavy

i think i'm just too heavy
that may be the cause. how much do you weight? if you're able to bench well over 100 lbs, and have the ability to curl 50 lb dumbells, you should definatly not be struggling with a petty chin up.

Without trying to offend you, the build of your body isn't right for pull-ups. But - that doesn't mean they're impossible :) They'll just be more difficult. I'm sure (if you had a higher weight set) you could bench much much more, because that's how you're built.
You just need to work at it. I know someone who is ~300 pounds and about 6'. He can now do 1 pull-up. It took work, and he has some serious power in his arms now.

Well I am now successfully able to do one full pull-up. But I can't do any more than that. Even after doing just one, my left elbow hurts insanely (I'm right-handed) to the point where it starts shaking and I can't really use it. So hopefully over the next few weeks I can just condition myself and be able to do more.

Congratulations!! Keep it up! :)
Try to work on that elbow a little, and see if you can get it checked. If you're part of a sports team, ask the coach. If not, ask one of your sports buddies (or just someone you know) which coach to talk to. Try not to work it too hard, as that can be bad for it.
Keep it up, and good luck!
