Hi friends, I am used to masturbating from the age of 12. I once masturbated about 2 per day and now I am masturbating about 2 per week. Ya, it has reduced. But, the problem lies here. Every time, I get frustrated when I was aroused to masturbate, and it is affecting my social life too. Its too twitchy to sleep. So, please guys, give me something worthy of a tip so that I can stop doing it. Please, I dont want anyone fussing around saying that its just healthy to masturbate.

Quitting masturbation is like holding your breath. Good luck to you.

Better to try to understand why you cannot accept your sexuality, it's not only a biologivcal drive, but something you might find very handy at some point in your life. Should you be able to actually turn it off, you might find it very hard to switch back on later.

in the , all the points are correct. Yes people dont know the side effects and encourages youngsters and especially teenagers . I'm one of the victim. I'm 17 years old.I started this when i was at the age of 15, almost twice a day. Now I'm facing problems:

My eyes went deep and looking ugly, with darkcircles.Glow in the face gone and Not able to control myself because it became like a hoby.

this article gave me good points of it. Now I controlled it to hardly thrice a week. I want to stop all of it for at least one or two years so that i can get my good looking eyes back. Please suggest me some medication on tips to get my eyes strength back.
Now i'm at proper diet with green vegitebles and milk. Please spread the facts about food items also.

Do you have any more points for me.
