Is it Herpes?

On December 30th,I was with one of my friends and we were like making out for a while then eventually,I kinda gave him a blow&hand job,not until after I went home did I think about asking him if he has anything..and usually on a weekly basis,I check everything just to make sure everthing's alright,and my vagina was kinda itchy earlier and a few days ago,and I checked one last time and felt some little bumps (around the skin that surounds the clitoris,ya know)at first,then when I actually looked,they resemble little like flea bites or mosquito bites. the other day there was one a little bit lower that looked like a pimple. xD I don't really remember this happening before probably just like one little bump,but not about 4..
this was about an hour ago,they don't feel AS bad right now,but I'm still worried that it might be Herpes.
and if it is,then I don't know how I can tell anyone that could bring me to a doctor.

Did you happen to look at his penis before putting it into your mouth? And, did you hapen to look at his mouth before kissing him?

Herpes sores look like cold sores, they're irregularly shaped, red, oozing, open blister type things. If your partner had them, and you came into contact with them, you're at very high risk of getting it, too. But since you said you put his penis in your mouth, the herpes would be visible on your mouth, not vagina. Herpes shows up at the point of contact, so unless his mouth or penis made contact with your vagina, whatever you're experiencing on your vagina wouldn't be herpes. And, symptoms do not appear immediately after exposure.

You might want to ask him about this, though.

Well,I checked again and the little bumps aren't really there anymore..and I was with him most of the day,he didn't have anything around his mouth and it was dark when it happened,he didn't seem to have anything.

Doesn't matter, you can still catch it even if they're not having a breakout. My advice : Go to a doctor.
