OK, ejaculation occurs during orgasm, 'pre cum' is that stuff that oozes out before. You didnlt specify if you have an orgasm, but you need one to ejaculate. And, if you;re producing 'pre cum', that would suggest you can either ejaculate, or you should be able to very soon, b/c the fluids that ooze out before are basically the same as the ones that come out during ejaculation. So, if you can do one, you probably can do the other.

Okay. i read that now when i j/o i have "pre-cum" the clear stuff that dribbles out.. well gow can i actually "ejaculate" it says that if i can pre-cum i should be able too actually ejaculate?? what do i do

I think you got it right about what it all means and the sequence of things. If you can ooze, that means that your glands that make all this stuff are beginning to develop, so ejaculation isn't far off. To be able to ejaculate (which happens during orgasm, that rhythmic, pulsating feeling that starts in that muscle btw'n your anus and scrotum and flows thru your penis in contractions), those glands need a bit more time. There's not much to do but wait (sorry!).
