Just a sugestion, feel free to ignore

i think that maybe after updates that change things, there should automaticly be a thread that is for questions about the change, so no one's hijacking others individual questions

You mean an update discussion thread?
If you really need it I guess...some updates don't really need to be discussed, especially when they're trivial or when they are administrative descisions.

It could be of some use I guess, especially with vBulletin 4 in the near future.

Yeah, that's my point. A major update like that might screw with some stuff a bit.
