As for your question, my guess is that you are new to ejaculating and that you are a dribbler as opposed to a shooter. There is nothing wrong with being a dribbler, and chances are you are still developing the ability to actually ejaculate your semen. I would not force your semen out, and it is just going to take time for you to develop the ability for it to come out. There is no exact time frame on when that will happen, and everything depends upon your age and when you first started to ejaculate. You should make sure that you are properly hydrated, too, as that can sometimes impact the consistency of your semen.

As for your semen being really sticky, it sounds perfectly normal, and you have no cause for concern.
