Maybe your body just isnt mature enough to produce enough sperm to where it can be ejaculated. Give it time, you will be able to eventually.

Well normal semen will be mostly white.

So A. Either your body is not developed enough to ejaculate fully yet. Or B. Your body is developing now and it takes longer to produce semen than it would later in puberty. I would assume A.
