Well, this is hard to say but, is having a craving to eat people consider as a mental illness? :) :D

Is cannibalism a mental illness? Not to my knowledge...

Well it may be covering up a mental issue, but I don't think its directly related to a mental illness.
Try going to a psychologist and getting tested for mental illnesses

Not exactly. but I do think it is wrong to do such morbid things without remorse. Not the cannibalism itself is wrong, but the lack of care that may be involved.

Ya, this is kind of mind boggling. I mean, it could be a cover up to a mental illness like Nick said, but alone with no other symptoms or feelings, it is simple unusual. Not a mental disease... Idk. Talk to a doctor or counselor about that. They would know much more than us.

There is nothing normal or usual about wanting to eat another human being.
In many instances the act of cannibalism is a symptom of an enduring and serious mental illness.
People who commit cannibalism are at the very least deemed as criminals for causing serious injury to another, or worse. This holds true even in life threatening situations (R v Dudley and Stephens 1884).

I cannot stress the fact that this is an abnormal desire for you to experience enough. My advice: seek help in ensuring that these thoughts do not escalate into actions.

Craving, huh? I'm not sure I'd classify this as a 'mental illness', but it sure isn't normal! Perhaps you could figure out what you're so enraged about?

But, whatever it's cause, as long as it just stays in your head, make sure it stays up there, and you don't act on this.

Heh cravings aren't usually classified as mental illnesses

Rather behaviours/acts... I'd consider cannibalism a mental illness..
