Hi, i am a CUT teen. i'm 15 and i have a q,

I have a smallish penis, around 3-4"

the skin up the shaft is pretty tight so i cant masterbate really well, but i sometimes get to cum

now it's tight now, so if it grows, will the skin around it grow aswell? or am i going to be a really tight skinned?

Yes, if skin is tight then I would suggest going to the doc anyway...it's always the safest option.

I think it's best to see the doc. He'll give you an answer much better than I can. I think it's the safest option. Don't you?

You sound fine. I think the issue is one of technique. It takes a while to figure out what works for you, maybe you need to experiment a bit more.

Being cut doesn't change the elasticity ('stretchability') of the skin on the shaft, so there shouldn't be an issue with this. Likewise, regardless if you're cut or not, the penis wasn't designed to be rubbed by your hand (although that will get you there), it was designed for the unique sensations of intercourse. So, regardless if your cut or not, using your hand means that you need to develop a technique that works best for you. It also means that you shouldn't be judging how it feels at this point, either, as masturbation is very different than sex.

Your shaft skin will grow with your penis but chances are not as fast, the body will try and copensate for this by pulling the skin to ensure it's not too tight (sometimes resulting in hair being pulled forward and / or your scrotal skin getting dragged dragged onto the shaft)
There isn't really a fantastic amount that can be done about this but you should see your doc if you are getting painful erections.

Sam has made some good adivice about trying different techniques (and lots of lube!) but at the end of the day cutting babies is not an exact science and the end results can very in tightness, just sounds like you ended up one on the tighter side.

I'm cut too. but if your having pains msterbaiting just play with the tight skin alot. use lube or lotion and it wont hurt
