For anyone who has a job, how much do you get paid a week/month (depending on how often you are paid)?

I get about £120 a week ($181.63US) and that's 40 hours a week + about 4 or 5 hours overtime.

It's not a huge wage but it's better then nothing, plus as I reach level 2 of my qualification, my wage goes up a fair bit :)

40 hours a week? Wow.
~$181 would be $4.53/hour [not including overtime]
Which is like half my states minimum wage
And lower than the federal minimum wage in the US
Lol its still money though :P
Better than nothing, which is what Im getting :P

Whats the minimum wage where you live?

i get paid $9.20 (or something close to that) an hour and it goes up every year on my birthday. it depends on the hours i work but during the summer holidays i'm working over 20 hours a week. but after tax that goes down to about $150 in the had a week. but when i go back to school, that will go right down because i won't have time to work during the day like i do now.

I can't remember the minimum wage! It doesn't apply to me though as I'm an apprentice! :(

seasonal job = $8.00/hour
During season 1, usually got 11 hours a week, so $88/week.
During season 2, usually got 8 hours a week, so $64/week. That's without deductions, and not counting the many times I got extra hours.

And bi-weekly I get a cafeteria check for minimum wage, and it's 30 minutes a day at minimum wage, so it's $3.90/day and it varies from as less as $13.50 a check to $31 a check.

I worked in an amusement park and got $9.50 an hour. It is considered minimum wage where I live.

It depends on where you live and where you work. That is why I really don't like part time jobs. You end up having a job you won't like getting pennies an hour.

It depends. During school, I worked about 20 hours a week, and I get checks every two weeks. Each check was about 300ish, so 150 a week, during school

During the summer, I worked 40 hours a week, most of the time. Actually, more like 36 hours. My checks were normally around 450-500, so about 225-250 a week.
