You are as normal as I am. I am also 13 and, at most, I am 3 and 3/4inch stiff. And yes, some of my friends are much larger and give me a hard time. I live with it mostly. Only good thing is when other guys ask questions like yours.Then I don't feel like I am the only "little boy".

Your are only 13, and might have well just started puberty, so give it time to grow.
