Pubic hair

I 17 and I have hair on my legs, armpits, face, around my penis but not on my penis or on my balls. Is that a sign that i'm still growing or simply thats the way i was designed?

Well I am sure you are fine. Personally since I shave both the shaft of my penis and my balls to get rid of the hair there u should feel lucky that you don't have an hair.

Puberty is all different for all of us. YOU could still get hair on you scrotum and shaft of your penis. You can continue getting hair on your body well into your twenties, so I would not worry about it too much. You have the hair where it counts the most.

Getting hair on the shaft of your penis itself is not as common as having hair anywhere else I believe.
But we all go through puberty differently, and we have different bodies, some people have lots of chest hair (take Tom Jones for example) and some don't (like...ummm...you know Graham Norton. :-)).

But don't worry too much. Having hair in those areas aren't as important or usefull as anywhere else really..so it's not a big problem.
