Which doctor?

Hey, I had did it with a girl without using a condom and I want to go to a doctor for an STD check up. Which type of doctor does one have to visit? Just a pathologist or a dermatologist? One more thing, its not that am gay or anything, but sometimes when I'm naked I get an erection, no matter who's around me. Is that normal, would the doctor expect something like that or would I need to look for a new doctor after such an incident?

Any medical doctor can test you for a STD.

You are perfectly normal to get turned on when are naked. It is also perfectly normal to get an erection when having a physical examination, so if you get an erection there is not need to change doctors. Doctors are used to their patients getting erections.

I am not sure if I could get an erection because I think that would be too nervous to get one.

Ben, having casual sex without a condom is really risky. Go to the CVS and get a box of condoms and have them available.

Any MD can do an STD check, it's a simple blood test. A walk in clinic, or your local health dept. or family planning center will do.
