Having bigger boobs means that they are going to be heavier, so yes, they do hurt your back more. A lot of girls that have boobs that are too big for their bodies often suffer from back ache... Other than that, a good bra definitely helps!

butt i guess just like everyone else said. the heavier the more your back hurts. that is why guys should massage girls. they would appreciate it.

My sister in law was an F cup and got a breast reduction if I recall correctly because she had SUCH terrible back pain. And a lot of the back pain has to do with the bra. So, heavy breasts with a properly fitted bra should lessen the strain and "weight" of them. Coming from a man, but in theory. Do correct me if I am wrong.

one of the main reasons girls go through breast reduction surgery (a quite painful procedure compared to the more popular breast enhancement surgery) is that breasts too large for a frame cause many health problems, including back problems and shoulder problems (from digging bra straps), not to mention the emotional weight of constantly being stared at (and yes, people do stare).
