I am not overweight, but I have lost A LOT of weight. I used to be "obeise" now I am healthy. I am scared to gain the weight back. I hate sports, so what can I do? Please help.

You dont have to do sports to be healthy-
Just remember to exercise regularly (not sports if you dont like them; maybe a walk every day, or go to the gym, or find some activity you find fun.) and to eat healthily.
Follow food guidelines such as food pyramids, and get in at least 30 min of physical activity with elevated heart rate each day.
