If im 100% positive i dont have an std can my girlfriend still get an std from giving me head?

and im not coming in her mouth if thats some information you need

If you dont have an STD how could she get one from have any kind of sex with you?
STDs nor STIs just suddenly appear when you have sex- they are diseases/infections that are pasted on while having sex.

if you or your girlfriend dont have an std or sti's then theres no worries, you can only get diseases from having sex, blowjob, or eating out,

if your still worried go to the doctor and get a test and have your gf get a test so you can BE 100% POSITIVE.

You can only get an STD from an infected person, so if neither of you has one, then you cannot get (or give) one. STI's are bacteria/viruses that are transmitted during sexual contact, from infected people, thru exchange of bodily fluids. Sexual acts in and of themselves do NOT create STD's.

You CAN get STD's (notably herpes) from oral sex with an infected partner, and you do NOT have to ejaculate to get it.

But that is a yes, she can still get herpes and other STIs from oral sex.

You can only get an STD/STI from someone if they have it. and vice versa.

however, with a case of an STI, its safer not to have sex at all (even with a condom) because they (for example, Herpes) can spread easily just through contact with the sores.

Look, STDs can be obtained through three ways: Sexual Intercourse, Anal, or Oral. If you have had any type of sexual reactions with anyone who had STDs, then there is a likely chance that you may have them, and passed it on to your girlfriend. But if you haven't there is nothing to worry about, unless she has them.
