i'm 13 and my peinis is about 4 inches when erect is this small cause i'm a bit insecure:(

Right firstly your basically at the beginning of puberty. Puberty lasts until your early 20's meaning you develop a lot over this long time.

4 inches isn't bad for a 13 year old seeming as the average for an 18 year old is 6-7 inches

So don't worry your completley normal and have plenty of time to grow/develop :)

but im just luck like that.

Dont worry how small your penis is, 1. itll grow and 2. youre 13 and it wont determine anything whether its big or not.

You are Perfectly Normal you will grow to 5-6 inches at your age 4-5 inches in Very Normal so dont worry and Why would you worry about your size?Most girls dont and if they do they're just mean in a way.I know it makes u feel manly with a Bigger size.~.~
