sometimes i feel hungry but have no appetite for food. now my main diet is about 4 ensures(flavored protein shake) a day.

what can i do to help motivate my self to eat.

You need to see a professional, its not normal for your body to not have an appetite for food, it can be both physical and mental but since you want advice on how to eat I think its more physical so you NEED to seek professional help

As things like this don't just disappear with motivation

Aren't you the guy who's grades have been dropping, too? Hmmm.......a pattern here maybe?

I don't think you need 'motivation' as much as you might need some self discipline (with this, too). Just recognize that there are certain things you need to do, and do them. So, at meal times, sit down and eat what's on your plate. That's pretty easy.

Or if your not feeling hungry at meal times. Do some exercise! Do something that makes you tired, so you'll be hungry and tired enough to eat more.
As Sam said, your grades are dropping and so is your health...hmm

You need to take care of your body, as it controls everything really.

ok, today in health class i remembered that water is needed to digust food.
i know i dont drink enough water.
so maby if i drink more water it may help.
