hehe. true. erect is basically a guys way of covering up how small it is when its soft xD. ive never bragged but im ashamed of my size when soft(like 3 inches) but when im hard i hit atleast 6.2-6.5

well they usually mean erect size. unless stated otherwise.

Most of the time your erect size is pretty constant.
When you're soft (non-erect) the size varies a lot, like it shrinks down when you go swimming. When guys tell their penis size they almost always mean the erect size.
