Whats going on?

I am 16 right now and im not sure whats going on.
I have pubic hair, not tons but its pretty thick and dark, noticable. Also i have some hair on my arm pits, not as dark as my pubic hair, but still noticable.
However i do not have dark and noticable hair on my legs. And my penis length is only 4.5 inch during erection.
How far into puberty am i, and is this normal?

like said you are a late bloomer nothing to worry about you will catch up and grow.

hehe. well. i have alot of pubic & underarm hair its very dark and coarse too. my legs are also VERY hairy. and talk to your dad about his stages of puberty because it could also go through the genes(i think) like the hairyness and stuff

ex. if your dad is hairy then you could possibly turn out hairy(not sure about this. i should check it)

Totally normal, everyone grows at different rates in different areas. You will get leg hair. As for your penis, you are still going through puberty, it will grow just give It time

You are totally fine and normal, and you have nothing about which to worry. I would visit the following link which provides a very general overview of changes for boys: http://www.4parents.gov/sexdevt/boysmen/boys_sexdevt/index.html Not everyone's puberty is going to be the same, and puberty is totally weird. You might get hair in someplaces but not in others, and the process of puberty can be uneven and haphazard until you are totally done. Don't worry about not having leg hair as it is totally overrated anyway, and you will develop it sooner rather than later.
