Well there is no definate size but considering we also have to take in account the ejaculation of the semen. So to have the most likelyhood to impregnate a woman with a small penis, I would say 3 inches. However, for plain...casual sex, I really think that 4 is on the smaller side.

There is more than one way to give a girl an orgasm, rather than with your penis. So even if your penis is 1/2 inch long, you can still give a girl an orgasm with your tongue, fingers etc.
