Heat Wave???

sometimes while in class(bored!XD)or in my house i just get these heat waves that cross thrughout my body and then i get a hugeee itch all over my body afterwards...i didnt no to post this in puberty forums or here but can anyone help?

something like that happens to me when I'm a bit over-heated. I don;t get any itch with it though.

Keep a bottle of water with you. Dehydration can cause your skin to flush, and in more extreme cases cause an increase in body temperature. In other words, water helps your body to stay cool.

Apparently, a hormonal imbalance can also cause hot flashes for boys. If nothing seems to help and this keeps happening, talk to your doctor to see if there could be an underlying cause.
