i really dont know much about maturbation but i need help

im not really sure how fast im supposed to go but what do you do???
i just start out slower and go almost as fast as i can move my hand up and down. is this bad???

how am i to tell the difference between urine and sperm. i havent really gotton to look at what comes out cause it doesent some times but im pretty sure this is cause im not going long enough and stopping before i come. cause then after that first time ill do it again and something comes out wetting my boxers. i just do it in bed with my boxers up cause im afraid my parents will come in. so this is pretty much the only chance i get.

You're a bit too young to have full-on sperm, so you might hurt yourself trying too hard. I'm the same age as you, and I only get pre-cum. Take it one step at a time, and you'll get there eventuallly. :]

I agree with the post above, and you just are not developed enough to ejaculate which is fine. There are guys as old as 16/17 who don't experience their first ejaculation, but my guess is that you will be ejaculating soon. Pre-cum is a good sign as it is evidence that you will have your first ejaculation sooner rather than later. Generally, you should masturbate until you reach an orgasm, and generally most guys stop at that point if they can ejaculate as the penis gets really sensitve after an orgasm. However, since your orgasms are still relatively dry, then you can continue on past orgasm, and everything depends upon your energy level and interest.
