Puberty causes different rates of changes for different people so there is no normal size, however, for 14, 5 inches is pretty good.

6" is the average adult size and your not nearly done with puberty yet.

Yes very normal, almost everything that happens during puberty is normal. And if you think about it, its pretty big because the adult penis is 6"
